Shipping Policy

(1) After payment confirmation, item will be shipped. (2) We follow the shipping address in your Invoice. (3) We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address and contact number (4) Our standard method of shipping is using International Registered Mail like Skylogisticscargo from Nepal (5) For other express shipping service, please contact us before you submit your payment for further arrangement. (6) International standard shipping usually takes 4-5 working days to all countries. (7) Please be aware that some orders may be delayed at customs or bad weather condition, and this is out of our control. (8) We are also not responsible for custom charges, we declare the full value of all items on the customs form and mark it as gift. If you wish for us to not declare the full value of the item you need to let us know. GIFTS: I will happily mail any gift order directly to the recipient and include a personal handwritten message on your behalf. Leave your message clearly marked in the notes sections when you check out.
