Thank you for considering a purchase from my Noel line of products. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
I currently only accept payments through Paypal (no account necessary). Payment must clear within 5 business days, or the order will be canceled. You're order will be shipped after payment has cleared. Please contact me right away if you decide to cancel your order for any reason.
Items are shipped with utmost care through USPS using either first class or priority mail; both with tracking and insurance. If you would like any additional services or upgrades added to your package, please let me know as there may be an additional charge. I generally ship items on either Mondays or Tuesdays, so please take that into account when making your purchase. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact me before purchasing to make sure that option will be available. I'm sorry, but I do not currently ship outside of the United States.
Refund & Exchange Policy
My goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item, please contact me. I would love to try and work out a solution that results in a product that you are completely happy with. Here are my general return policies: Refunds and Returns for Custom Orders: For custom orders containing names, dates, or other personally identifiable items, there are no returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me with your problem and I will do my best to remedy it. For custom orders that do not contain personal identifying items, I may be able to accept a return and give a refund. Please contact me first to make sure of this option. For Non-custom Orders: If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund of the purchase price (initial and return shipping will not be refunded). The returned item must be in it's original condition for a refund. I make sure to ship each item with care and with it's protection in mind, but sometimes packages find themselves in strange circumstances. If the item arrives damaged in any way, please take pictures of the damaged item, pictures of the damaged packaging, and notify me immediately. Packages are shipped with insurance and this documentation is needed in order to pursue a claim. We will also discuss how best to remedy the issue. Because many of my designs are one of a kind, I can't guarantee that an exact replacement will be available.
I am happy to do custom orders! The amount of time it will take to complete a custom order depends on the design requested and approval process. I want to be sure that you are certain of what you will receive and are completely satisfied with your order. Please note that I consider my store closed on Sundays and am not reliably available on Saturdays.
