All of my Hats and items will be knitted and designed in the order received. Please read below each of my listings, to view the current turnaround time, or contact me anytime. :) Thank you!!! All babies and children are unique and it can happen, that the US standard size knitted hats will fit differently according to child's size. So if you think it's too big or too small, I would absolutely exchange it for another customized hat. I know, that some stitches may come lose. Even though I try my best to stitch them securely, it can happen that some dots come lose or unravel. If that is the case with your hat and you have purchased it within 3 months, I will gladly sew them back on for you. :) That has never happened before, but if it does I will not leave you hanging. :) All Items in new condition, unwashed, can be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return or exchange it, you would have to pay the shipping cost for that. Please email or convo me, before you would like to return/exchange an item. !!!!! PLEASE ENSURE TO NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD ALONE WITH ANY HATS ON, TO ENSURE THAT THE BABY WILL NOT PULL ON POM POMS OR APPLIQUES!!! I always make sure that my sewn items and Pom poms are secure, but you can never be safe enough. :) Thank you so much!!!

Refund & Exchange Policy
I Refund for items returned within 30 days in an undamaged, unwashed, and unironed condition. If the hat is either too big or too small, I would gladly knit you the same hat smaller or bigger if it's not a OOAK unique item only.
