Neon Muse Creations's Policies

Introduction

Our policies are generally the same throughout the year. We may experience longer wait during busy seasons such as Christmas. If you have any inquiries please feel free to contact us!

Payment Policy

All items must be paid in full at the time of order. This includes both premade and custom orders.

Shipping Policy

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Orders must be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. If the item is received and is broken in any way, shape, or form, the customer will have the choice of an exchange for the same item or a refund of their money. We allow for exchanges up to 1 month after receiving the item as well. If for any reason the item is broken within 1 month of arrival at your door (note: NOT the order date) please contact us ASAP and we will replace/repair the item.

***IMPORTANT*** All items are made to order so please allow 3-5 days for fabrication of listed items. The general timeline for custom orders outside of our designs listed can take up to 2 weeks. We will contact you if there will be a longer wait for any reason.
