My store policy is simple - I do my best to produce a quality product so you will be happy and satisfied with your purchase.
Payment accepted through PayPal
Currently shipping only within the United States. Items will be sent first class or priority mail, depending on weight. The most economical method of shipping will be used. I will always do my best to ship as soon as payment has cleared though it may be a couple of days if my other life happens to be very busy. I will let you know when the shipment is on the way and provide a confirmation number.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns accepted if you are not satisfied with the product and it is in the same condition as when shipped. We can discuss if a return or exchange is appropriate. As everything is handmade, no two items will be an exact match which means exchanges will only be for similar items. While I sometimes make duplicate items, I rarely use the exact yarn or color of yarn. I need to know that you want to make a return within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be shipped at buyer's expense and if necessary, in the same type of packaging. Once the item is received and found to be in the same condition as when shipped, a refund will be processed.
My goal is for customers to be pleased with their purchase. I try to write detailed descriptions of all products, but if you have a question, please get in touch before ordering. I'll answer your questions so we can try to avoid returns and exchanges if possible.
