Shipping Policy

Special or custom orders will depend on shop work load, most custom or personalized orders are shipped with in 2 weeks of order placement. Production time can vary greatly with our current workload. We ship mostly USPS priority mail. Tracking an order After we ship your package and receive tracking information, we will email you the tracking numbers and the carrier. You can then track every movement of your package until it arrives at your home or place of business.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you make a purchase from us and are unhappy with our product, we will refund your money less the shipping costs if you contact us within 7 days. Refunds will be issued as soon as the item is returned to us. Refunds will be not issued for personalized or custom orders unless a mistake has been made on our part. If there is a problem such as a misspelled word on a personalized item, we will send you a replacement item at no charge. If you make a mistake on your part we will make a replacement and ship it to you for 50% of the original price plus shipping. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping you must contact us and let us know with in three days of receiving it. We will work with you and the shipper to either refund or replace the item.
