Morning Star Wood Signs's Policies
Introduction
We strive to please and want you to be happy. We will get your orders out ASAP and strive to complete your orders in 3-5 days. We ship USPS within the US and choose the most economical shipping price. We do understand if after you receive your sign and it may not be as you expect, you may return and get a refund of the price of the sign and buyer pays for the return shipping within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will be sad that you weren't happy....but we will be ok!
Payment Policy
We do use PayPal and expect payment within 48 hours of placing order. If this does not happen we will assume you have changed your mind. Again we might be sad, but we will move along. :)
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS and only ship within the states. We will choose the most economical price unless stated by you the consumer.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied,you may return your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and the consumer pays for return shipping.
Other Policies
We will most certainly do custom work as long as the sign is of the same size etc. There is no extra charge for color or name change.There will be a price change if the sign size goes up or down.
