Candy Corn Fascinator of Fall, Halloween, Thanksgiving,.
A hand dyed, hand sewn hair flower fascinator in white, orange, and yellow. The petals of this flower are dyed to look like candy corn! Each flower varies slightly from images, as each is individually painted with run-proof dye. Measures about 7 cm (2 1/2 inches) in diameter, with your choice of backing; barrette, alligator clip, comb, or brooch pin. Additional colors are also available. Tsumami Kanzashi are Japanese accessories made from many individual squares of fabric to create three dimensional shapes such as flowers and birds. They can be as simple as two or three petals to thousands of tiny pieces. Traditionally they are made from silk in very set patterns; but if modern Japanese can play around with them so can I. I usually use upcycled fabrics such as cotton and linen, as well as silks. I also make my own designs as well as following more formal ones.
