Turn around time is currently: 7 business days. This is my production time and does include shipping time through USPS. Welcome to Mommy's Metalz. All of your items will come packaged in a tulle bag and ready for gift giving. Each piece is made with heart! I love stamping. If you need a custom item please inbox me and I'd love to help you. I mainly use aluminum but will sometimes use a different metal. Everything is listed in each listing. If you need help just inbox me with any questions and I'd be happy to help. If no personalization is left in notes to seller or convo'ed to me I reserve the right to use the photo product as the basis for your design. If no birthstones are chosen at check out you will receive a clear bead or bead available in my inventory. I am currently on a 7 business day (not including weekends and holidays) turn around right now. If you need your item sooner please let me know and I can give you a "rush my order" listing. All orders, including my photo image pendants, are subject to being photographed and will be used on etsy for my listings. Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

I ship priority and first class mail. All US orders are shipped first class with tracking and delivery confirmation. International orders are shipped first class due to postage rate unless you contact me to change it and pay the extra fee. I can ship overnight, express, etc. If no personalization is left in notes to seller or convo'ed to me I reserve the right to use the photo product as the basis for your design. If no birthstones are chosen at check out you will receive a clear bead or bead available in my inventory. All orders come with tracking information. You will get a message once your shipping is bought which will have your tracking info on it. I am not responsible for customs fees or any fees incurred because of taxes and such for international orders. I will NOT mark purchases as gifts. I do not process orders on weekends. First class packages can take up to 14 business days according to the USPS. Priority mail can take up to 7. Sometimes packages come quickly and for that I am happy! If you ever have a problem please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to help you. I am not responsible for the fault of the USPS. Please understand that my processing time is different then their processing time. Packages can get stuck at sorting facilities, not scanned correctly or unfortunately lost. I will do everything I can to locate your package but I can not be held accountable for the USPS and the delay in their mailing system. Mommy's Metalz is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address due to customer error. Please double check your mailing address before you purchase, as we are unable to change your mailing address after your order has been placed and are not responsible for incorrect address submissions.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If no birthstones are chosen at check out you will receive a clear bead or bead available in my inventory. I do not refund for change of mind or damage on your part. Once items are made and shipped I can not refund. All items are carefully inspected and photographed before they are packaged and sent to you. I do not reimburse shipping charges. I can not refund for orders that did not make it to their destination on time. I can not control the postal system and it is beyond my control once it's shipped. I am always happy to help with any issues. Customer service is very important to me and I pride myself on that. Please convo me if you have any problems whatsoever! I am always happy to work with you on anything.
