Introduction

Welcome to my shop! Please enjoy yourself as you look around. I live and work in New Orleans where I hand make everything that is sold in my shop. I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design where I studied in Furniture design and Sculpture.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made by credit/debit card or by paypal. Arrangmets can be made for larger pieces. Please contact me directly through the artcra messenger or at Samuelprovenzastudios@gmail.com

Shipping Policy

All shipments are made with USPS Priority Mail. Please see description to determine the specific processing time per time. Many items are made to order and take 1 to 2 weeks to fully process. While Furniture typically takes 2-3 weeks Please contact me directly if you need something overnight or by a special date. {lease contact me directly for a shipping quote if you are outside the US.

Refund & Exchange Policy

you have an problems or concerns please contact me at samuelprovenzastudios @gmail.com. All returns will be honored minus shipping for any reason. Items that are damaged from shipping, or have any visible defect will warrant a full refund, including shipping, or replacement with no shipping fee.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON BUYING MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR A DISCOUNT . I am available for custom furniture and sculpture work. Customization is possible, please contact me directly with requests. Sales can be changed or canceled without penalty up to the designated shipping date. After shipment, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost for returned or cancelled items.
