Payment Policy

Payment is made through paypal. All payments must be completed within 24 hours of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled. Custom order payments: I require a minimum of 50% prepayment prior to starting any custom orders. This ensures that I will be able to pay for materials needed for the custom order and ensures that both myself and the customer are dedicated to the project. The remaining 50% must be paid within 24 hours of the order completion. I will notify the customer when the order has been completed and create a custom listing for the completed order. After payment is complete, the item will be shipped.

Shipping Policy

I will ship as soon as payment is received from the customer. I ship anywhere, and always ship priority. I am more then willing to ship internationally as well. When an order is placed, I will ship on the following business day. This may change due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If, for some reason, I am unable to ship your item the business day after you order it, I will notify you to let you know when you can expect it. I cannot give a time frame for how long an item will take to arrive after it is shipped - this depends on the efficiency of the postal service. I always do tracking on packages as a base part of the shipping cost. Insurance is not included in the regular shipping cost. However, I do OFFERshipping separately from your regular purchase. A listing to PURCHASE INSURANCE is available in my shop. If you wish to purchase insurance for your items, please see my shop. I will offer flat rate shipping for an extra cost. A listing for flat rate shipping is included in my shop. If you wish to purchase flat rate shipping for your item, please see the listing in my shop. If you are placing orders for certain events such as birthdays, please place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure that you receive your item in time. Shipping deadlines for the holiday season are as follows: International and Alaska and Hawaii: December 10 Continental USA: December 15

Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the items I sell, I do not anticipate the need for refunds due to damages. I understand, however, that there may be a situation that arises where a customer is not satisfied with their order for whatever reason. Should you place an order and find that you are unsatisfied with that order, you must notify me for a refund or replacement within 36 hours of receiving your item. I will gladly exchange the item for another of equal value in my shop or issue a refund. If you wait longer than 36 hours after receiving your item, no exchange or refund will be made. Also, any items that have been worn more than once or twice or have received stains on them cannot be returned or exchanged.
