Painted Orange Blossom Art Pendant Choker
I painted a 1" X 2" X 1/4" piece of wood with acrylics. First I laid down a dark blue (from top) to light blue (bottom) blend, then I painted an orange "blossom" on a small 1/2" piece of wood leaving the background natural and embellished it with glass beads. Around the edge of the square I added more glass beads and then created a stem from copper wire and green glass beads for the leaves. Everything is sealed with polyurethan for a glossy finish. The choker is steel memory wire full of tiny clear glass seed beads, wooden larger dark blue beads and an array of glass seed beads and striped vintage beads. OOAK - piece of wearable art - signed and dated on the back!
