"Peacock" is a custom designed, one-of-a-kind rag rug with an intensely colored, retro look. I’ve woven this rug, by hand, with reclaimed and new fabric that is primarily deep turquoise / dark teal blue with touches of pink, blue, yellow, and green. I wash the fabric before I cut, sew and weave it, and then wash the finished rug. Its pre-washed measurements are 21” x 44” (53 cm x 112 cm) with 2” (5 cm) hand knotted fringe on each end. Warp threads are natural/off-white, lilac and sage cotton. My rag rugs are soft and durable, with the proper care they will last for many years.

Care Instructions: Regular cycle warm with like colors. Tumble dry low heat. Warm iron if needed. Comb fringe with fingers or wide-toothed comb if needed.
