Payment Policy

Currently accepting major credit cards, PayPal, and gift cards. Full payment is expected at time of purchase. Tax and shipping methods will be calculated at checkout. If canceling a purchase, contact seller directly through Etsy Convo or e-mail as soon as possible or you will be charged for your full purchase. Please see return policy for additional information.

Shipping Policy

Currently only shipping within the United States via Fedex or USPS. You may opt for insurance of package and express or overnight delivery is available - please contact seller about pricing and availability. International delivery available on case by case basis - contact seller for orders outside of the US.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Full returns available within 5 business days of purchase. Items that are unsatisfactory, defective, or exchanges are all eligible for return for refund, though shipping charges will not be refunded. Seller is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping/delivery. Contact seller directly for additional questions and return/exchange information that isn't included in terms and information. No refunds or exchanges available on personalized items, including: scrapbook recipe book/journals, framing, and wreaths orders.
