Shipping Policy

Orders before 8pm are assembled same day as they are ordered, and generally shipped out the next day. I personally assemble, package and ship all products myself and do my best to get them to you as soon as possible!

Refund & Exchange Policy

If there are any damages from shipping, I will refund your money or send you replacements at no cost. As a small shop, I do pay for shipping insurance and would require a buyer affidavit to confirm the broken merchandise for orders over $100 and First Class Mail; don't worry it's a very short form to fill out and done online, so it's very easy! Right now, I do not accept refunds or exchanges otherwise.

Other Policies

Q: What if the lights do not work or are broken? A: All lights are tested twice and if they do not work, please let me know and I will send a replacement one right away. If the jars are broken upon arrival, I will send replacements right away. Q: How do I open the battery pack? Where do I find replacements? A; The battery pack is velcro under the lid and can be removed. To open the battery pack and replace batteries, simply lift the tiny tabs on the end of the pack and pull gently. You do not need to lift both tabs at the same time; it's fine to do one at a time. Battery replaces can be found at my shop or at your local store.
