Welcome to the shop of Marty May. Where graphic tees abound alongside other fanciful pieces of clothing. You will find meticulously crafted, original designs, drawn and professionally printed with my own two hands. Enjoy the lovely items set before you and take no hesitation in contacting me.
I will hold your item until your payment clears. It could be a few seconds. It could be a few days. Either way is fine. If you'd like to cancel your order, that's all right too, if you do so before I ship it.
TIMELINE - I will ship your item within five business days of your order unless we agree otherwise. INSURANCE - Let me know if you want your package insured. It usually costs less than $1.50 (even internationally). If you don't ask for insurance, it will be shipped without. This is almost always fine, but sometimes items are lost and I can't be held responsible. DOMESTIC - All domestic shipping prices are for USPS first class with delivery confirmation, but not insurance. If you want Priority Mail, it's usually $2 - $3 extra, 1-3 day shipping and includes insurance. Contact me to add the cost to your order. I will also ship your item UPS, Fed EX, or DHL if you'd like to pay for it.
Refund & Exchange Policy
CANCELATION If you change your mind about something and let me know before I ship it, I will give you a full refund and cancel the order. ---------- EXCHANGES I am happy to do an exchange for you. I ask that you to pay for shipping. ---------- RETURNS If you must return an item, I will give you a refund (unless otherwise noted in the description) less shipping and 10% restocking fee. ---------- LOST or STOLEN MAIL I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen mail if you don't purchase the insurance. It is inexpensive. It is usually no problem, but every now and then something is lost or stolen in the mail. I can help if you buy the insurance; otherwise I cannot. Sad face. ---------- OTHER OCCURRENCES "Return to Sender" --- "Not At This Address" --- "Bad Address" --- and others: If the given address is incorrect or the package was not able to be delivered for another reason out of my control, and it is returned to me, I will give you two options. 1) You can repay the shipping price and I will reship it to a corrected address. 2) You can request a refund (less shipping and 10% restocking fee).
