Payment Policy

Orders must be paid in full before shipment. Custom orders must be paid in full before any special materials are obtained and before work has begun on said custom order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping occurs within 3-5 business days of your order and ships via USPS with tracking and insurance. I am unable to offer refunds on orders that have been marked "Delivered,"

Refund & Exchange Policy

Return/exchange requests must be made in writing within 14 days of item receipt. Returns will only be accepted in the event of defective merchandise. Exchanges are acceptable, but the purchaser must pay shipping costs back to MarshMueller.
