Marilyn Ure Glass's Policies

Introduction

All of our items are hand made here in Salt Lake City, UT using only a torch and traditional glass working tools......no molds are ever used. The glass is then annealed overnight in a digitally controlled kiln to relieve the stress and make the items stable.

Payment Policy

We accept credit cards and PayPal payments thru PayPal, the safe way to pay.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped in new materials using USPS. Priority shipping is available on request. Smaller items are shipped in fun little tin boxes so they arrive securely.

Refund & Exchange Policy

We are happy to refund your purchase price is there is a defect in the item. Let's talk if you have issues
