Thank you for your purchase. I stand by the quality of my items, and hope you will be satisfied. Please contact me immediately if there are any problems with your order. For custom or made to order items, I require a 50% deposit before work can start and the remaining 50% when the item is finished. Nothing ships until the item is completely paid for. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. If you are happy with your purchase, I would appreciate your leaving feedback for me and please let me know if there are any problems with your purchase.
When you order one item or more, I carefully package your item and ship it Priority Mail through USPS. I usually ship within 2 days. Priority Mail takes about 2-3 days. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price, and insurance is optional. Contact me if you'd like insurance. I ship to the address listed in your Pay Pal account. If you want an item shipped to a different address, just let me know right away.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If there are any problems with your purchase, PLEASE contact me for a speedy resolution. I do my best to represent my items in the way you will get them, but if for some reason I have grossly misrepresented an item, I will accept a return. I need to be contacted within 48 hours and the item be returned within 7 days. If you are returning an item, it needs to be returned in the exact same condition that you received it. Buyer pays return shipping.
