Payment Please follow checkout procedures and pay with paypal. I will not begin custom orders until payment has been received. Shipping Please allow up to 4 weeks before all items are ready to ship. I try to ship out within 2 weeks, but sometimes there may be delays. If you need the item by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you need to have your order shipped via Priority Mail there will be an additional $4 fee. If you would like this added to your order please message me so I can set up a listing for you. Shipping is first class USPS with delivery confirmation for US customers only. Shipping DOES NOT include insurance. If you would like to add insurance, please message me. Refunds and Exchanges If there is an error in your custom item that is an oversight on my part, I will gladly replace it. However, I am unable to offer refunds on personalized items. If you receive your item and are not satisfied with it, please contact me so we can discuss a way to try to remedy the problem. I will do my best to work with you to make you happy. :) Additional Policies and FAQs Please make sure you give me the following information with your order: Personalization Placement of the personalization (if there are options) Polished or Matte finish Chain length If these things are not included in the order (with exception to the personalization) I will choose what I feel is best for that particular item.
