DAMAGED GOODS – SHIPPING RELATED If there appears to be any external damage, i.e. crushed or dented side or corner, any tears or holes in package, immediately inspect contents of package for parts damage. If damage is found , kept preserved it. Do not destroy the package or box that the item shipped in. Please save it for inspection by the carrier.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Cancellation and refund Internet: If you cancel an order after it was shipped or if you refuse delivery, you are still responsible for loading costs + a insurance for returning of the product. Refunds or returns may be made within the first 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges + the custom fee will not be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility and expense to return merchandise with a insurance. In all cases, please contact us before returning any items.
