I have tried my best to be thorough with my policies, but if you have a question or need that is not covered here, please feel free to contact me. =========================== Payment: Payment via Paypal is required within 3 days of your purchase. If you need more time, please contact me to avoid your transaction being cancelled and the item being relisted Ã¢â¬â I will try to work something out with you. **Please note, when paying through Paypal using an eCheck, your order will not ship until your payment clears, which is usually 3-5 days for U.S. payments and 10 days for international payments.** =========================== Shipping: Each item is placed on a card, wrapped in tissue paper, packaged in a kraft style gift box and then in a cushioned rigid mailer, additionally padded with eco-friendly kraft paper crinkles. I ship all packages via USPS First Class Mail with USPS Tracking within 48 hours of cleared payment unless otherwise noted in my shop announcement (most items ship the next day, if not sooner). If you need your item right away, arrangements for expedited shipment/delivery can be made. Simply contact me and I will happily do my best to get it to you when you need it. Expedited shipping will incur additional charges. International shipments may be eligible for expedited shipping, however, they may still spend additional delays in Customs offices. **International shipments may incur additional Customs fees and/or taxes once they reach their destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees or taxes.** =========================== Refunds and Exchanges: While I hope you are happy with your purchase, if you wish to return or exchange it, please contact me and I will work with you. I will refund the price of the item if it is returned to me in its original condition and original packaging. I do ask that you contact me within 30 days of your purchase if you decide to return or exchange. Given the nature of personalized commissioned orders, they are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive your personalized piece and are unhappy with it, please contact me right away and I will work with you to try to make it right. =========================== Additional Policies and FAQs: All of my pieces are created in a smoke-free pet-friendly environment. We have a dog and two cats present in our home and I take great care to try to ensure all of my supplies, mailing and packing materials and finished pieces are protected from stray fur and dander. =========================== I welcome your custom orders for weddings, gifts or for something special for you! And, while I work mainly with sterling silver, IÃ¢â¬â¢m more than happy to create or recreate in gold fill, copper or brass whenever I can. If you see a piece you like, but would prefer a different metal, please donÃ¢â¬â¢t hesitate to contact me and I will certainly try to accommodate you. I will let you know of any difference in price at that time. =========================== Many of my pieces can be altered to fit your needs, such as lengthening of necklaces or bracelets or changing out earwires for lever-back styles.
