Madd Hatter Creations's Policies
Hello and welcome! There is something for everyone with new stuff being added all the time. Every item is made to order. I can customize the items to suit or needs and wants, please allow extra time for customization. There will only be a limited amount of items available at a time and as those orders get filled I will accept more orders for those items. Please note that I am only 1 person making the items so the number for sale at a time for each item will be low so I can keep up with shipping time. If you would like to place a bulk order please allow additional time for the larger orders. I will let you know upfront how much time i will need for the large orders. I hope your item will bring you as much joy as I had while crafting the item.
Payments will be needed at the time of purchase. Credit cards and paypal are accepted.
Everything is shipped 2 day mail. Please allow 7 days from the time of purchase for your item to ship. I ship anywhere in the US. A confirmation will be sent at the time of shipping. If additional time is needed for shipping I will contact you and let you know.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please allow 7-10 days for refunds.
If for some reason it will take longer to complete an order I will notify you. When ordering for holidays or events please allow enough time before the event to ensure you will have your item. These are handmade items not factory produced and it takes time to create. Holidays are always a busy time so please understand and be patient and allow time.
