We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail within U.S. and it takes 3-5 business days once shipped. This includes delivery confirmation and tracking We ONLY ship to the address specified on your receipt unless otherwise requested. Please be sure it is accurate. All items are currently made to order and ship within 1-5 business days from date of purchase. We ship your order using the address provided on your account. Please make sure your address is current and up to date. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. US: Once the tracking# posts "delivered" on USPS.com, that means that package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to purchase insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know and we will send you a new invoice. Please leave a note on your mailbox to the carrier, tell him/she not to leave the package at your door stop if it's not safe. INTERNATIONAL: Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 7-21 business days after your item has shipped. In some rare cases shipment time can be up to 2-4 weeks depending on Customs holds for your country. We mark all deliveries outside the US as "Gift" but are not responsible for any tariff or additional taxes your country may charge. Please note that we are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. Refund & Exchange Policy
Because All Items are made to order THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS only Exchanges or STORE CREDIT are accepted. In order to do so, please contact us within 7-10 days of the delivery date. Items can be returned within 14 days of their receipt for an EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT only. NO CASH REFUNDS ALLOWED. Please be sure to read the size charts to make sure you are ordering the correct size. If you're not sure about sizing, please ask and we'll be happy to help. We understand you aren't able to try it on, so we gladly accept exchanges if you've ordered the wrong size. The only thing we ask is that you cover the shipping back to us for your exchange, and that the item is in the SAME (new, unworn, and unwashed) condition it arrived to you in. *PLEASE NOTE that exchanges will be made at our discretion. We will NOT be able to accept a return for any items that appear to have been washed or worn, smell like of perfumes, colognes, or cigarette smoke, or items covered in pet hair upon return. They will be returned to you immediately. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us for return instructions. Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing/using your item. If something is wrong with the actual shirt (ripped/wrong order sent/wrong size/basically our fault), we will cover ALL shipping costs and send you a replacement. *Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise.
