Everything must be pre-paid before printing and shipping.

Shipping Policy

We ship most products USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We can ship UPS or FEDEX if needed. All items ship within 3-5 business days. We can also expedite shipping if needed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If it's a mistake on our part, we'll gladly reprint the item and send it to you free of charge. Just email us and let us know that a mistake was made. If it's not our fault and you misspelled something or sent the wront info, unfortunately we don't replace those for free. You'll have to reorder your item. If you just don't like it, you can send it back to us (you'll need to pay for shipping) and we'll refund you the purchase price minus shipping costs.
