Welcome Thank you for visiting our shop! Everything is made to order unless otherwise indicated. Items are created especially for you at the time of order, which allows for all kinds of custom possibilities. As each items is created at the time of order and payment, there is a two week studio time turn around before scheduled shipment. If you need something sooner, please email and we will absolutely accommodate when and however we can. Additionally, we love custom orders and working with our clients to design exactly what the mind's eye sees. Please contact us with your desires and we can a quote to you and start the design process!
Payment credit card, check and money order accepted. we do accept partial payments and can set up a payment schedule to work with individuals. partial payments are not refundable but will be applied as a store credit (see refund policy).
Most items are made to order unless otherwise indicated - studio time is approximately 1- 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. If you need something sooner, please email and we will absolutely accommodate when and however we can. We ship from southern Maine, u.s.a. and ship via USPS, first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance, signature on delivery and expedited shipping are all available for an additional charge. And, YES, we ship all over the world! Purchaser is responsible for all customs fees, etc. International customers please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a trackable delivery method or add insurance.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please contact loving anvil jewelry before returning any items. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the shipping date. (meaning you have about 1-3 days to decide once it arrives) Contact us immediately to to start the return/exchange process. We will refund if there is an error or defect, otherwise store credit is offered on returns. I absolutely want you to be happy with my work, and my first choice is always to work with you to find a perfect resolution. Of course, no returns/exchanges on personalized items, custom orders or sale items. When payments have been made towards an item, that is a credit that will be counted similar to a gift certificate and is not eligible for refund or return, but can be applied to any item in the shop.
I know it may sound silly, but it is important to order the correct size, and we are available to help you figure out sizing if you're unsure. We do offer one complimentary resize on many designs, and request that you enclose return postage or a sase to facilitate the process. There are some exceptions as some designs are too complicated to resize at no cost. I will alert you to these exceptions before construction begins! I will continue to offer the resize convenience as long as possible. It does take time and materials and will alter your piece somewhat. Be sure to contact us before returning anything for resizing. This way we know to keep an eye out for your item and can review the sizing concerns.
