★~WELCOME TO LITTLE FENCES~★ Thank you for your interest in our little fences. Little Fences is a small family owned business located in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Hubby builds, I paint. ★~We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal. Paypal handles all credit card transactions directly with you the customer and then deposits into our account. We do not have access to billing information.
★~SHIPPING: We use USPS Priority mail for shipping. Your package should get to you anywhere in the USA in 2-5 business days, to Canada in 8-11 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Please understand that these are the shipping timelines provided by the USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of the timing. Orders totaling $250 or more will require a signature. ★~APARTMENTS/SUITES: ALL Orders shipping to multi-dwelling buildings will require a signature upon delivery. ★~WRONG ADDRESS: Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. ★-DATE OF DELIVERY: We are unable to guarantee date of delivery, we are only able to guarantee the date that we are able to ship your item(s). USPS failures are not a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. ★~POSTAL DELAYS: Beyond purchasing the correct label and delivering the package to the post office in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for any delays with the USPS. If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to the USPS policies, that is an issue to address with your local post office.
Refund & Exchange Policy
★~RETURNS: As all our items are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. Once painted, items cannot be restocked. ★~CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel and we have not yet begun work on your Order, you may cancel for a full refund. If we have already begun work on your order, 50% of your orders net total is non refundable to cover cost of materials and labor. Shipping cost is 100% refundable in case of cancellation if your item has not already shipped. ★~SHIPPING DAMAGE: In the unlikely event your item is damaged during shipping, please email photographs of the item and packaging immediately so that we may file an insurance claim. A replacement item will be mailed out to you ASAP. We do not ask that damaged items be returned to us however, you will need to keep the item and packaging for about two weeks in case the USPS needs to inspect the damage. Compliance with insurance claim is required before replacement item is put into production. ★~LOST PACKAGES: We will replace your order at no charge if the tracking number does not show as "delivered." An item is declared as "lost in the mail" if there is no activity on a tracking number for 15 days (eight weeks for international packages due to potential customs delays).
★~COLORS Monitors, cell phones, notepads, laptops, etc. are all calibrated differently for color display. Colors may vary slightly from one display to another or from how they appear in person. ★~STORE HOURS: Due to our wonderful customers keeping us so busy, we are going to start putting our store in vacation mode on Saturdays and Sundays. We will also be limiting email inquiries to Monday - Friday in the evenings. We hope that these changes will increase productivity and decrease processing time. We will be open for new Orders every Monday morning. Thank you! ★~RUSH ORDERS Rushes are available for an additional fee. This does not mean that we put rush orders in front of our other orders. Rushes are completed after our normal business hours and/or on weekends. This takes time away from our family so we do charge accordingly for overtime. ★~BY ORDERING FROM Little Fences, YOU AGREE TO ALL SHOP POLICIES.
