Payment Policy

I accept all payments through PayPal, (all major credit cards and e-checks). Immediate payment is preferred at the time of your order being placed. If payment is not received within 3 days, I reserve the right to cancel the order. Residents of Utah will be charged 6.8% sales tax.

Shipping Policy

I use USPS first class or priority mail for all my shipping domestic and international. Delivery confirmation is included in the price of shipping. I do my absolute best to ship your items quickly, most often within 2 business days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to wrongful address provided by the buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you make a mistake. If you catch a mistake before your items are shipped, please let me know as soon as possible! I will work with you to make your transaction flow as smoothly as possible! Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you would like insurance on your items please contact me before hand so that I can adjust shipping price for your order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final on all bath and body items. Due to the personal nature of the item, we can not refund, exchange, or return an item unless there was a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it. We do this for YOUR protection.

Other Policies

Please note that each batch of soap is handcrafted and designs and colors will vary slightly from bar to bar. I do my best to take many pictures to represent them. Please read the ingredient list carefully before ordering. I ask that you please not order any product that you might be allergic to. My products are for external use only. CONTACT ME: lisa.maw@comcast.net or 385-205-1946 I offer Discounts On bulk orders of soap. Custom inquiries and orders considered on all items that I make. If you need an item or items gift wrapped or packaged contact me, I can do this for a small fee. I also offer to ship to giftee's address along with a message from the gifter. If you would like to customize any of the product that I make here is a list of the scents that I have available. Note: Custom scents on soap are available with a minimum order of 8 bars. Discount available for bulk order. **Custom batches of soap take time to make, cure & dry. If you request a custom batch please be prepared to wait for a minimum of 3 weeks for your order to be ready.
