I am dedicated to my customers -- I want to make you as happy as can be, and that includes going the extra mile to provide you with superb customer service and attention. Payment must be received before I can ship out any order, including custom orders.
I am happy to offer expedited shipping if you are in a rush. All ready made items will ship out within two business days. For custom orders, or items that must be monogrammed, please allow up to one week for production before shipping. All items are shipped via First Class USPS with a tracking number. Typical shipping time is 5-7 business days, so keep that in mind if you are in a rush. Choose Priority mail if you need your items to ship quicker. For international items, the shipping fee covers only the cost to ship the item to your address -- it will not cover customs fees in your country, as those are difficult to calculate and vary from region to region. You will be responsible for any customs fees associated with shipping an item from USA to your country. I will not mark your purchase as a gift, or undervalue your purchase. This is breaking the law.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds will be given for any reason, if the item has not yet been shipped from my studio, and is a ready to ship item -- not a custom order. Once a custom order has been placed, refunds cannot be given, due to the extra time and cost associated with making custom or one of a kind items. I will accept returns of unworn items, within 30 days of purchase. Your refund in that case will be credited to your account upon my receipt of the item. You are responsible for any shipping cost associated with shipping your return back to me. I will accept exchanges, as well. Like a return, you must assume all costs of shipping. In the case of damage, please contact me, and I will be happy to discuss recourse from that point. If your item is lost in the mail due to wrong address, I will not assume liability. I ship with a tracking number so that the USPS is guaranteed to deliver to the address printed. Please double check that your address is correct.
