Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 – 5 business days once payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the first business day following the date order placed. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service unless another expedited delivery is requested. We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Shipments sent via expedited shipping or outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories) will incur an additional expense for the actual shipping charges incurred. ANY CHARGES FOR SHIPPING ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Any unused item(s) you are returning for replacement or refund must be returned to us within 10 business days of your receipt of the item(s). Please tell us if you want an exchange or refund and a brief description of the problem. We will make the exchange or refund upon our receipt of the undamaged item. Custom made items are not eligible for refund nor exchange.
