CUSTOM ORDERS: Payment must be received before any custom work will be done. If requesting a custom order, please give all details about your request and where you are located, when it is needed by. I will get back with you in a timely manner to discuss it further. If you have any issues with your order once it arrives, damage, etc. please contact me right away before leaving feedback. I am always willing to make my customers happy. Damaged item will need to be returned, or photos supplied of proof of damage. Your item will be replaced at no cost. REFUNDS: Contact me first. Items must be mailed back to me WITHIN 8 days of receiving the item(s). If the color on the switch plates just isn't right, no worries, I do take returns. If this is a custom item, I may not accept a return. Refunds are for only the purchase price minus shipping. Please contact me right away with questions.
