Introduction
Hello, thanks for stopping by! Lemesto came to be out of a love of crafting and working with my hands, which I wanted to share on a greater scale. I happened upon a bunch of discarded leather, had a stock of stones from my visiting my grandparents in AZ, and the rest grew from there. Growing into jewelry and decor seemed to be a natural expansion of the line, and something I've always enjoyed, from when I first learned to make jewelry at the age of 12. Payment Policy
This shop accepts PayPal. If you have inquiries about other forms of payment, please send me a convo. Items will ship after payment has cleared. Should you need to cancel an order, orders may be cancelled only before shipping notification is sent.
Shipping Policy
All agate and stone home decor items ship 2-day priority with the USPS, and all jewlery ships USPS first class (if ordering more than one jewelry item, your shipping will be upgraded to priority). I ship within 3-4 business days of order unless otherwise noted -- processing times are a bit longer for custom items. Should you need expedited shipping, please send me a conversations so we can cover the additional cost. If you have a hard deadline to receive your item, please send me a convo so we can confirm that it is possible before ordering. I do ship most items internationally, but please understand that the shipping will be significantly higher for those items. Items sent internationally ship First Class International with the USPS. I do not cover customs charges, so please contact your local customs office for average customs fees. Should shipping cost less than what you paid, I will refund you the overages (mostly applicable to international shipping). If you prefer an alternate method of shipment, please let me know and a quote can be provided for any carrier you choose.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Should your item arrive damaged, Lemesto will issue you a full refund - whether or not the merchandise needs to be returned first is assessed on a case by case basis. Should you be unhappy with your item, simply ship it back and you will be refunded the full item price minus shipping cost upon receipt of the item in its original condition. Returns and exchanges on stock items can be made within 30 days of when you received your purchase. A full refund or credit toward an exchange will be made pending the returned item is in the same condition as shipped. If the exchanged item is of lesser value than the returned, the difference will be refunded to you less shipping costs. After 30 days, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis for store credit only. Agate Items (Coasters, Napkin Rings, etc): Due to the somewhat fragile nature of natural agate, Lemesto can only be responsible for damages caused by shipping. Any damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. Should you need a repair on your item -- and the item is reparable -- you can ship it back to me and the item will be repaired for no charge and shipped back to you. (You cover only the return shipping -- shipping back to you is free) *** CUSTOM ORDERS **** Custom pieces are tailor made to your specifications and are not subject for a full refund unless the item is damaged or defective. Requests for refund will be determined on a case by case basis.
