Payment is accepted via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Items will not be shipped until payment has been processed. If you are having any problems please contact me.
Items will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise specified. Currently shipping only within the US. If you're interested in other shipping options please contact me. Bracelets and necklaces are carefully packaged in velvet bags which I make from repurposed clothing. Earrings are carefully tucked into origami envelopes, and all jewelry is shipped in padded envelopes. If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra charge. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write (to fit on a postcard) in the "Note from Buyer" section.
Refund & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
I put the best workmanship I can into my products, and I take pride in the finished result. Should stretchy string or ribbon break, or stretch awkwardly, or be cut for any reason, you can mail the beads back to me and I will restring them free of charge, doing my utmost to restore the item to the original condition.
