Lean 2 Designs's Policies
We are a small wood working business that started out in a lean to shed; hence the name. We take great pride in every piece that we make and hope that you too will enjoy our work. As with any piece of wood, they all have their own characteristics so no 2 pieces will look exactly the same.
Payment is expected before custom work can begin. For stock models, you must pay before item is sent. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to pay, and then the item goes back into stock.
All items will ship out UPS ground unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipping
Refund & Exchange Policy
Items returned within 14 will be fully refunded, buyer pays return shipping. Item must be in acceptable condition when I receive it (unless you are returning it because you received it damaged.) If you prefer an exchange for a nearly identical item, you must give 2 days from the time I receive your returned item to make the new item, in addition to shipping time. Buyer pays shipping to me, and I will pay the postage for sending the replacement back to you. In the event of damage from shipping Buyer must send us proof (photo) of damaged item within 7 days of item delivery and Buyer will receive a replacement only (if applicable) If item is not in stock anymore however, buyer will receive a refund for that item only.
