Refund & Exchange Policy
if the item shows up damaged or broken. we will look into each situation and either have it shipped back or come to an agreement with customer to refund or replace the item. after one week of arrival we will not accept simple negligence on the customer of the item but will take into consideration if it was faulty due to the seller.
