All orders will be paid up front before the item is made. If you need to change dimensions, color, etc. there may be additional charges associated.
Shipping will always be first class, unless otherwise requested. Shipping fees may not reflect accurately depending on shipping class. If rush shipping is required, please contact us directly and make a written request. As of January 24, 2022 there will be no shipping to Australia, due to mandate restrictions.
Refund & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or refund, but you MUST send photos and an explanation before any negotiation can begin. Please note that all items are made to order, some slight variances or inconsistencies may occur.
