Lady A Designs is a handcrafted jewelry business based in Texas. Every piece I make is unique, and no two pieces are exactly alike. If something you liked sold and you would like to know if I could make another, or if you would like something in a different color, feel free to contact me and I will let you know if it can be done!
Lady A Designs accepts PayPal. Items will not be prepared for shipping until payment in full has cleared.
Free shipping in US only. $15.00 for international shipping. Items typically ship within 3 days of your order. A confirmation email will be sent with tracking information at the time of shipping. For custom orders, please allow up to 10 additional days for order processing (in other words, time for making your special item!). If it will take longer than 10 days to make (i.e. - trying to get the correct supplies shipped to me, unexpected occurrences, etc.) I will contact you with an estimated date of completion.
Refund & Exchange Policy
No returns or refunds. Items may be repaired or replaced if they are damaged or defective during normal use within 14 days of receipt. Damage or defect must be reported within the 14 day warranty period to be eligible. Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Lady A Designs.
