We will only refund an item if we sent the wrong, or a damaged, item. Please read processing and shipping dates, carefully. We try our best to ship everything out as soon as possible, but if we are bombarded with orders, we will generally stick to the time allotted, and stated, in the shipping details. Because we are human, mistakes our inevitable. If we made a mistake on your order, we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Customers must send the item back in a 7 day grace period, upon receiving the item. You may get a refund or exchange.
