Welcome to kreative studios! Here at kreative studios, I love customizing items - for daily wear, for a special occasion (or to represent one), to remember a loved one, or to support a cause. I also love creating completely custom items, so give me a challenge if you'd like!
I accept payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout. I do not accept checks or cash.
I ship through USPS, with First Class (2-5 days domestic) and Priority (1-3 days domestic). If you would like to purchase insurance, or faster shipping, please contact me BEFORE placing your order. For international orders, any fees incurred by your country (duty tax, etc.) you are solely responsible for. It is your responsibility to pay for, and retrieve the package if needed. There will be no refund if you do not want to pay these. Please note, these shipping times are in addition to my turnaround times. My turnaround times are for how long it takes me to get through my order queue to your order, complete it, and package it for shipping.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or give refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please come to me first. If there is a mistake on my part, I will gladly fix it. If there is any defect or other mistake, we will figure out a solution :) For international orders, if your package is returned to me because you did not pick it up from customs, you will not get a refund. You may pay another shipping fee and possible handling fee to have it sent again, but it will still be your responsibility to pay any fees and retrieve from customs if needed.
