Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, and PayPal as payment. Sales taxes are applicable on all sales for orders shipped to Tennessee.

Shipping Policy

All of our decals are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. If standard shipping is selected, the decals are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. We do offer priority mail shipping option and these decals are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, most domestic orders should arrive anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 days for priority shipping depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Refund & Exchange Policy

All decals (with exception of custom orders) are returnable for a full refund (minus shipping) if requested within 7 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned unused and still in its original condition to receive a refund. Because custom orders are specific to each buyer, no refunds or returns can be accepted. Any items returned as nondeliverable, unclaimed or otherwise returned to sender will be refunded the item price less shipping since we have already paid for the shipping to the location provided in the order. Please make sure that your address is correct at the time the order is placed.
