Payment is due upon purchase. Items will not be made or shipped until payment is received. I do not process any credit/debit card payment nor do I take any money from your PayPal. Aftcra processes all payments.
-Made to order items will ship within 3-5 business days, excluding bulk items. If you are purchasing bulk items, you must give us ample time to complete the order. Ex.: do not expect it to be shipped within 3 days. -Ready to ship items will ship on the following business day. If you purchase a Ready to Ship item between 12am EST & 2am EST, it will ship the same day. -All shipping times excludes holidays and weekends. -Tracking is included on all items. -Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days (1 - 3 for Priority) to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. On items requiring a size, make sure the size you give us is the size you want. We do not add extra length. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. If there is a problem with your item(s), please contact us before leaving feedback. If you receive your item and you find you ordered the wrong size, we will remake it, but at a small fee. You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the item. We include tracking on all items, so we know when the item was received. Before we can redo the item, you must send us back the original item. We will contact you once it has been received. You are responsible for the cost to send it to us and the cost to send it back to you. Most items can be remade within 24 hours.
