Refund & Exchange Policy

100% Happiness Guarantee-if you are not completely happy with my knitted item, exchange for another item or color without restocking fee. Refunded items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Returned item must be in its original condition and never worn nor washed. Custom Made knitted items will be accept and 50% restocking fee will be charged.
