Introduction

KixKat Knits is a hand-knit toy & baby item shop with a focus on the soft and warm. All items are customized to fit our customer’s wants & creative ideas, and are meant to be loved and used.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before project is started. PayPal or credit is accepted.

Shipping Policy

Item will be shipped standard shipping unless otherwise requested. A tracking number will always be sent to you once the item is shipped. Every item will state how long the project will take to complete.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of item receipt. Buyer pays return shipping for exchanges.

Other Policies

Custom orders are always welcome! If a specific pattern is requested, the buyer must pay the pattern cost.
