KimArt typically ships via First Class Shipping for all international and domestic (U.S.A) orders. Packages are shipped to the address the customer provides at checkout. Incorrect addresses & failed deliveries as a result, are NOT the responsibility of the seller. I will make attempts to track your packages and notify you if I get it sent back to me, but it is your responsibility to provide the correct info to me when you purchase. In the event that a package is returned to me and the buyer wants the item re-shipped, they must pay shipping fees again. If you would like a faster shipping speed, I MUST be notified ahead of time & will quote & bill you appropriately. I cannot promise anything, but I CAN promise that I will try my best to accommodate your needs. Extra fees will be necessary for expedited shipping, and upon agreement, you will be billed for this service. For non-deliveries, I require an additional 3 week wait period in case the item is sent back to me. If this does not occur, I am not responsible for any packages lost by the fault of the postal service. This means: 4 weeks for Domestic orders and 11 weeks for international orders outside of the US before I will consider refunding the value of the sale, less any shipping costs. For international orders this can take as long as 6-8 weeks to get to you! Please keep checking the tracking information and if there is any issue please contact me. International tracking once your package leaves the US stops until it is received in the buyer's country. **I am NOT responsible for international deliveries that have not arrived in time for any special event or occasion. It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of international shipping times and judge for themselves if they want to pay for standard or expedited shipping - but this must be communicated to me beforehand. If a buyer does not notify me beforehand via private message that they need an item by a certain date & make arrangements for faster shipping, I am NOT responsible if it does not reach the buyer in time.** **I am NOT responsible for any international fees associated with the collection of your package. All products are wrapped with love and layers to protect them.
Refund & Exchange Policy
I will accept refunds within 5 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please note the following items I do NOT accept returns/exchanges for: 1. Hair Accessories, Bridal & Other 2. Made to Order Items 3. Custom Orders Refunds will be sent out after the item has been returned back to me in unused condition & based on my discretion. Buyer pays return shipping & shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstance. Refunds issued will never include shipping costs I have already paid for. I will NOT issue a refund for any domestic or international order because it did not "arrive in time" - UNLESS, the buyer paid for expedited shipping & communicated this need to me beforehand, or has proof that the package was LOST & did not arrive in time. I highly recommend brides purchase insurance on their items. You can do so by contacting me for an insurance quote, which you will be billed for.
