Payment Policy

I accept payment through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, simply select the PayPal option for payment and follow the link to pay by credit/debit card. Payments must be made within 2 days of purchase, and I do not ship the item unless payment has been received in full. If I have not received payment within 2 days, I will consider the transaction canceled. Please contact me if any issues arise with the payment process or if you should need to cancel your order for any reason. **Cancelations must occur before item has been shipped. Once item has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for returning the item. Once the item has been returned (within 30 days of purchase), a refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

It's my goal to ship all purchased items within 2-3 business days of receiving payment ***WITH THE EXCEPTION OF Custom Orders. The shipping and handling of custom orders will be handled on an individual, case-to-case basis. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, with a tracking number provided. As of right now, I do not ship internationally with Aftcra. If you wish to purchase internationally, please purchase through my Etsy Shop, where proper fees will be applied automatically > www.kileyinkentucky.etsy Prints are packaged in a clear sleeve, and mailed in a rigid stay-flat mailer.

Refund & Exchange Policy

I certainly hope the occasion never arises, but if you find you need to exchange an item or would like a refund, please contact me by emailing hello@kileyinkentucky.com, and I will be happy to chat with you about my guidelines below: **Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. **Items must be returned in their original condition in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

I have worked very hard to craft my line of gold foil prints. All work seen in my shop is my own work, and should not be reproduced or copied in any way. The purchasing of my prints for resale is strictly prohibited.
