KC Johnston Originals's Policies

Introduction

All items are original designs and of very high quality fiber. They will last a lifetime or two with proper care. Custom design work is my absolute favorite! Although I am happy to knit up the patterns of other designers, purchase of said pattern from the designer would be required. Pirating the designs of others in considered poor etiquette in the fiber world and a breaker of good names!

Payment Policy

Advance payment in full will be required prior to shipping any finished items. On custom orders, advance payment for supplies may be required with the balance due prior to shipping.

Shipping Policy

Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Items purchased directly from the shop will ship within 1-3 business days unless I'm out of town (rarely). You will be notified with tracking info when your item ships. For custom orders, product arrival time can vary greatly depending upon a number of factors and would be discussed at the time of the request. Simple items might ship within a week. Larger, more complex garments could take six or more weeks to ship. The number of prior orders could also affect delivery time. I

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds & exchanges on items purchased from my AFTCRA shop may be granted at my discretion within 15 days of product arrival. The item must be unused and in orginal condition. Buyer pays for return shipping. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for custom design items as there is such extensive conversation and photos during the design/creation process that it's hard to imagine that it couldn't be to purchaser's liking.
