Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full at time of order. I will not start a customized or personalized order without full payment.

Shipping Policy

Custom/Personalized orders are made at time of purchase and require 7 - 10 business days to ship. In most cases, the items ship with 1 - 3 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Items under 13 oz will ship First Class. Items 13 oz and over will ship Priority Mail.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If the item is personalized, I cannot accept a return. If an error is made on my behalf, I will gladly make it right. For other items not personalized, I will accept returns within 7 days of receipt and issue a refund once I receive the item back (at buyers expense) and the item is in the same condition as when I shipped. I will not refund shipping costs.
