Shipping Policy

All ceramic items and prints ship within 3-5 days Custom items have a processing and shipment time of up to 2 weeks.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are only issued if the product is damaged or incorrect. Custom galaxy's: If the date is incorrect on your custom piece, message me, and I will correct my mistake no charge. Damaged ceramics: Because most of my ceramic pieces are one of a kind, I can only offer a refund or replacement of a similar item.
