Full payment is due at the time the order is placed, through PayPal. Prices will vary based on customization. Included customization options will be listed in item description; cost for additional customization options will be listed with item description.
COMPLETION TIME and SHIPPING Completion Time - Our store hopes to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is for the process to take no more than 4 weeks from order to delivery. Correspondence time may vary, but we can guarantee a few things: The creation of any custom design will take NO LONGER than 7 business days. Any actual work on each custom piece will take NO LONGER than 14 business days. Shipping - We currently ship to U.S. only. Shipping costs will be listed with item description. All shipping will be done through USPS, and when possible will be flat rate priority shipping.
Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUNDS Items that have been personalized with names and dates are not eligible for return/exchange. All return/exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client requesting return/exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned. Items MUST be returned in original, unopened, packaging in order to receive full refund.
COMMUNICATION Once order is placed, client will be contacted via email to verify customization. These email exchanges will be considered contracted agreement. Email exchanges will be used to: verify client requests and gather information for customization/personalization; gain approval for all design elements; show final product.
