In most cases, I will ship within three days of your purchase. If, for any reason, it will take me longer to ship it to you--I will notify you ASAP. Shipping fee includes tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as I recieve it.
Refund & Exchange Policy
My customer's satisfaction is important to me. I make very effort to describe my items accurately and photograph them clearly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item and I will try to work out any issues you may have. If we are unable to work something out, I will refund the purchase price when the item is returned to me in its original condition, however buyer will need to cover the return shipping costs. I am unable to refund the postage to or from you. Refunds are not offered on custom orders.
